Just when I had given up the hope of seeing snow in Maryland, it came to town. I thought I was going to have to drive through a blizzard in Virgina again to get a taste but here it is. It's almost February but, better late than never.
Yesterday's highlights included:
-Watching Ryan clean snow off of my car and remarking every few seconds about how happy I was that I purchased rainboots a few years back this was one of Ryan's highlights as well, I'm sure.
-Almost dying because I accelerated too aggressively pulling out of my neighborhood and started to lose control of Stu, my station wagon. Luckily, Stu and I survived.
-Walking two inches at a time everywhere I went, to avoid an embarassing ice slip.
-Crawling around in the
It was a regular Winter Wonderland.
Maybe I'm alone on this but, my favorite part about snow is knowing that it's outside and staying inside with hot tea, movies and warm blankies. I enjoy the snow a lot on the first day and occasionally like to spend some time
How are you guys doing? What are your plans for the weekend?

I wish we had snow and ice here! Usually St.Louis has had at least one big snow by now! Today it was 50! Too weird.

Your car's name is Stu? That's a good, solid name for a car. My old car was called Betsy Ann, but I've yet to find the right name for my new one.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty!!! I agree with you about the tea thing. I love just staying inside and looking out my window at the snow covered street!
ReplyDeleteYour eyes!! xx
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! It snowed here in England too. I love the feeling of being warm inside while the snow is outside too.
ReplyDeleteYou're definitely not alone!
